Dispatcher
Scheduling and dispatching drivers, work crews, vehicles or equipment to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs
- Relaying information such as work orders or other messages to and from work crews, supervisors or EMS personnel
- Using telephones, two-way radios or text messages to contact personnel
- Speaking with supervisors or customers to resolve problems
- Keeping and organizing work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, charges for work performed, expenses for services performed, inventory records and other information. Medical
- Dispatchers will work varied shifts and must be available to cover call shifts.
Qualifications for Dispatcher
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Able to multitask, including answering phones, inputting information into computer, and dispatching crews
- Knowledge of area to assure proper routing and assigning correct units
- Good customer service is a must.
EMT Basic
Victory is seeking EMT’s to come join our team. We are looking for partners that will be passionate about customer service and provide excellent patient care.
Responsibilities for EMT include:
- Examine and evaluate patients, provide proper care per chief complaint
- Utilizing appropriate techniques and operate medical equipment
- Document patient information, condition, and treatment within electronic PCR system
- Maintain patient confidentiality and perform all care with respect for patient rights
- Transport patients in accordance with outlined policies and procedures
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked ambulances
- Operate and drive ambulance in conjunction with applicable safety policies and laws
- Provide basic life support
Qualifications for EMT
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Current EMT certification/license (will help obtain license in Idaho)
- Current CPR certification
- Must possess a valid driver's license in the state of practice
- Ability to bend, pull, push, and lift up to 150 pounds
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Demonstrated ability to implement clinical care in accordance with outlined policies and procedures
- Ability to exercise sound judgment while working in a stressful environment
Paramedic
Victory is seeking Paramedics to come join our team. We are looking for partners that will be passionate about customer service and provide excellent patient care.
Responsibilities for Paramedic include:
- Examine and evaluate patients, provide ALS care and treatments
- Utilizing appropriate techniques and operate medical equipment such as cardiac monitor, IV pumps, and ventilators
- Document patient information, condition, and treatment within electronic PCR system
- Maintain patient confidentiality and perform all care with respect for patient rights
- Transport patients in accordance with outlined policies and procedures
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked ambulances
- Operate and drive ambulance in conjunction with applicable safety policies and laws
- Provide Advance Life Support
Qualifications for Paramedic
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Current Paramedic certification/license (will help obtain license in Idaho)
- Current CPR/ACLS/PALS
- Must possess a valid driver's license in the state of practice
- Ability to bend, pull, push, and lift up to 150 pounds
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Demonstrated ability to implement clinical care in accordance with outlined policies and procedures
- Ability to exercise sound judgment while working in a stressful environment
Non-Medical Transport
The Medical Transport Driver assists in transporting ambulatory, wheelchair, and stretcher bound patients. Non-Medical Transport Drivers will maintain a professional image and attitude in regards to clients, visitors, co-workers, and management while assisting patients, as needed, to ensure a safe transport. They will operate wheelchair vans in accordance with the guidelines and protocols Of Victory.
Medical Transport Drivers will work varied shifts and must be available to cover call shifts.
Qualifications for Non-Medical Transport
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Current CPR card
- Must possess a valid driver's license in Idaho
- Ability to bend, pull, push, and lift up to 100 pounds
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Ensure safety while driving, moving patients, and loading into vehicles
